How it works
Simple, progressive, sustainable
No 6 a.m. bootcamps, no punishment. A plan built around your schedule, your injuries and what you actually enjoy.
Assess first
Movement screen, strength baseline, a conversation about sleep, stress and food. Then a plan — not before.
Lift, mostly
Strength training is the foundation for almost every goal. We add conditioning, mobility and sport-specific work as needed.
45 minutes that count
Warm-up, four or five well-chosen exercises, done. You'll be out before you've had time to dread it.
Coaching between sessions
Check-ins on WhatsApp, form videos reviewed within a day, and plan tweaks when life gets in the way.
Food without the drama
Protein, vegetables, enough to eat. Simple habits that survive birthdays and holidays.
Measured progress
Strength numbers, photos if you want them, how the stairs feel. We track what matters to you, monthly.

Clients
In their words
I've had four personal trainers. This is the first one who asked about my sleep before my squat. Two years on, I'm stronger than I was at 25 and I've never once been shouted at.
Nadia K.
Hybrid client, 2 years
“Online plan, three sessions a week in my garage. Form videos back within hours. Deadlifted 100 kg in eight months.”
Joe B. · Online client
“Post-natal, terrified of hurting myself. Felt safe from the first session.”
Priya S. · In-person client
“The nutrition advice was: eat protein, eat vegetables, stop skipping lunch. It worked.”
Mark T. · Hybrid client

About
I came to this late, which is why I'm good at coaching beginners.
I didn't set foot in a gym until I was 29 and recovering from a back injury a physio told me I'd have for life. Strength training fixed it. I retrained, qualified, and have spent the last seven years coaching people who think the gym isn't for them.
I'm Level 4 certified in low-back pain management, pre- and post-natal exercise, and strength and conditioning. I still train three times a week and still don't enjoy burpees.

FAQ
Things people ask before they book
- I've never lifted weights. Is this for me?
- Yes — most of my clients hadn't either. We start with bodyweight and light dumbbells and add load only when your technique is solid.
- I have an injury / a condition.
- Tell me at the assessment. I work alongside physios regularly and will refer you if something's outside my scope. Back pain and post-natal recovery are my specialisms.
- Do I need a gym membership?
- Not for in-person sessions — we use a private studio. For online plans, I can build around a home setup, a commercial gym or a hotel gym on the road.
- How fast will I see results?
- Strength gains within four weeks, visible changes in eight to twelve, and most people say they simply feel better after two. I don't promise numbers on a scale.
- What if I need to cancel a session?
- Free with 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled later are charged but I'll always try to move it if I can.
- Can I pause?
- Yes — one month's notice, or pause for up to two months a year for holidays, work or life.
